CONTRACTS

CONDITIONS:

It is understood and agreed that we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delays occasioned by material(s) stolen after delivery upon premises, acts of God, accidents, material shortages, delayed delivery of materials from Seller suppliers, inclement weather, flood, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Seller, whether of like or different character, or other causes beyond his control.  Prices quoted in this contract are based upon present prices and upon condition that the proposal will be accepted within thirty days.  Also, general conditions apply which are standard for specialty contractors in the construction industry.  Client agrees that all jobs performed by Krewe Construction & Development Group, LLC are subject to be photographed and/or videoed and used for advertising and marketing purposes of Contractor. Client authorizes Contractor to install company signage on project site during the duration of the project for advertising purposes.    

TERMS:

All sums are due Seller upon completion of phase, draw request, invoice, change order approval, or substantial completion of project.  All past due amounts shall bear interest at the rate of 12% per annum and shall be added to the balance due once placed for collection. Company shall also be entitled to an award of attorney’s fees incurred, in addition but not limited, to travel expenses, time compensation, legal, collection fees, Company overhead and time to collect past due balances, claims assistance, and all other relief available under the law and this Agreement. It is understood that this proposal sets forth our entire agreement and will become a contract between us if accepted by you. The return to us of one copy with your signature shall constitute a contract.
