Krewe Construction & Development Group is looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator. Candidate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include scheduling, ordering, bid solicitation, and manage the company’s social media platforms and engagements. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator/project coordinator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and contracts
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in the project
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and expenses
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (BuilderTrend)
  • Familiarity with contract administration processes
  • BS/BA in relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
